Koji Kiss is a koji-fermented hot sauce. Koji is the culture used to make miso and soy sauce, and it does interesting things to the ingredients during fermentation. It's a premium addition, so our first run, Koji Kiss, is a small, limited batch. As the initial idea was a Jamaican-style hot sauce, we have also added allspice. It's a very tasty start and a hint of things to come in future sauces.
