Refund policy
Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our food products, Super Bene does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your hot sauces carefully.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your bottle arrives smashed or leaking, please do not attempt to mail the damaged package or glass fragments back to us. Instead, simply take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and email it to us at love@superbene.com.au along with your order number. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement bottle to be shipped out to you straight away.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Please note that because our hot sauces are food products, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or sampled bottles due to health and safety regulations. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds for Order Errors In the rare event that we send you the wrong item or there is a verified fault with your order, we will notify you once you contact us at love@superbene.com.au. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
