Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Super Bene! We are proud to craft our hot sauces in small batches right here in Lennox Head. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (Australia)

At this stage, Super Bene ships exclusively within Australia. We utilize Australia Post to ensure your sauces arrive safely and securely.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Because our products are artisanal and bottled in small batches, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched from our facility.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as right after a new batch drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed directly at checkout based on current Australia Post weight and destination rates. We offer two tiers of service:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Estimated 3–7 business days transit time depending on your state).
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Estimated 1–3 business days transit time).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages, Smashed Bottles, or Lost Packages

Super Bene is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers. However, we want to ensure you get to enjoy your sauce!

If your order arrives smashed or leaking, do not discard the packaging or mail the broken glass back to us. To qualify for a replacement, you must email love@superbene.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographic proof showing the damaged, unopened bottle inside or alongside the original shipping packaging with the delivery label visible.

Once we verify the photographic proof, we will arrange a replacement bottle straight away. Please note that fraudulent claims or reports made outside the 48-hour delivery window cannot be processed.
